School blazer
White shirt, tucked in, with top button fastened.
Tie (navy for Years 7-10, black for Year 11)
Black tailored school trousers or shorts (not "skinny" trousers or jeans)
School skirt (standard length)
Plain black flat shoes or boots (no logos)
Black V necked jumper (optional)

Short black socks OR tights
No jewellery other than one pair of stud earrings only, no facial or tongue piercings. Watches are permitted. All jewellery must be removed for PE lessons
No obvious make-up and no coloured nail polish. Students who wear coloured nail polish or noticeable make-up will be asked to remove it in school
No extreme hairstyles, including colour
No outdoor clothing inside the building
School Equipment - all secondary students are required to bring these items to school every day.
Assuming that you complete and sign the school's acceptable use policy for IT use, your child will have full access to an iPad which they will also be able to use at home. This item must be brought into school fully charged every day.
From September 2021 FIA will provide keyboards for students from Y3 - Y11 for use in school only. We strongly recommend that you purchase a keyboard for use at home; this is to encourage the development of touch typing skills in all our students.

Plain black shorts or skort (plain black or navy joggers may be worn on PE days if it is cold - not leggings)

Following consultation with staff and students a new PE kit was chosen for primary and secondary children. This can now be ordered online from Trutex Direct; see the ordering details above.
To order school uniform online please visit Trutex Direct (link below) and register using our school’s LEA code: LEA00920SC. Orders can be placed directly with Trutex. Alternatively, you can order from Trutex Direct by phone, call 01200 421206. Postage and packaging is free on orders over £50 or just £3.50 for orders under that amount. Trutex will normally deliver within 7 working days, although during the busiest time towards the start of the academic year this can be extended.
If delivery is delayed and your child is unable to come to school in the full, correct uniform until items arrive, please send in a note or email your child's class teacher/tutor who will inform staff of the situation.
