Administrator/ Receptionist

Salary scale Grade 2 
Annual Salary: £19420 (prorated to £15,593.85, monthly £1,299.48)
Working Hours: Up to 35 hours a week, term time only (plus 5 additional days INSET) Can be part time or job share.
12 months Fixed Term Contract


We are looking to recruit an exceptional candidate to the role of Administrator/ Receptionist to join our team on St Mary’s.
You will need to have excellent customer care skills, enjoy dealing with parents, colleagues, members of the public and of course our students. You will need to be computer literate and able to deal with sensitive and confidential information effectively. You will need to be confident working on your own and be self-motivated. 


As the first point of contact with our School it is vital that visitors and callers receive a fantastic first impression and that queries are dealt with quickly and correctly. You will require good time management skills and provide administrative and secretarial support to staff in the school. The successful candidate will have a friendly and welcoming disposition, excellent communication skills, outstanding administrative skills and a flexible and pro-active attitude.
