Following a review of our current structure we are excited to introduce the role of Finance and Operations Manager. The Finance and Operations Manager will be responsible for the strategic leadership, management and development of efficient financial, human resources and support services for the Academy.

The Finance and Operations Manager will provide overall leadership and management at an academy level regarding all aspects of HR and operations support within the academy. The post holder will be the academy’s leading support staff professional and provide leadership and management of the academy’s support function. They will ensure that the academy’s resourcing needs are clearly interpreted into the budget setting process.
 

There is capacity for applicants to work all their contracted hours in St Mary's Base, assuming they are already living on the Isles of Scilly, or to work from the Leading Edge office in Hayle, with regular trips to Scilly to work alongside colleagues.
